Always searching for easy quick healthy snacks for myself and to share with children I find myself searching through recipe websites and magazines for tasty snacks here’s one that sure to be a hit:


Quite literally the best thing since sliced bread. They are so easy to make and so addicting you might not be able to stop making them. Okay Okay I know they look kind of weird and they look healthy which for some may be alarming but just try them.

Buy Kale

wash it

Dry it

Rip into bite size pieces

lay flat and spread out on a baking sheet ( I usually use tin foil so I do not have dishes :))

drizzle olive oil on the pieces of kale

sprinkle your favorite seasoning- I have used seasoning salt, steak spice annnnd lemon garlic salt all of which were equally delicious

Then Bake until golden brown (usually 10-15 min on a low setting)
